Loan of books for a period of 14 days (any additional unauthorised days will be charged at a daily late fee rate of Le. 5000.
Loan of dvds for a period of 7 days for films and 14 days for box sets (tv series)
Internet Access within the premises for 30 minutes during peak times (12-3pm: Monday to Fridays; Weekends) and 1 hour during off peak times (all other times).
Free Advertising on Classifieds board (The Kongosa Tik)
Access to Promotional deals – Books on Sale/ Free cup of coffee (for every 10 purchased) etc.
